Welcome messages, AutoRole and invite tracking

Greet new members with a welcome card, give starter roles automatically, and track which invites bring people in.

Welcome and leave messages

Run /greetings setup. It takes:

  • welcome_channel and enable_welcome
  • leave_channel and enable_leave
  • track_invites and invite_log_channel

Then open /greetings config to edit the text and the image card. /greetings test shows exactly what a new member will see.

AutoRole

AutoRole gives roles to everyone who joins.

  1. /autorole add with the role (and whether it's for members or bots).
  2. /autorole toggle to turn it on.
  3. /autorole status to check.

If your server uses Discord's membership screening (rules acceptance), add a delay with /autorole delay so the role arrives after the member accepts.

Already have members without the role? /autorole sync gives it to everyone missing it.

Invite tracking

With tracking on, Hana records which invite each member used.
