Button panel

/ticket panel posts an "open a ticket" message with your own title and description.

Private by default

Only the member, your support role and Hana can see a ticket.

Transcripts

Set a log channel in /ticket setup and closed tickets are saved there.

Custom welcome

/ticket welcome sets the first message in every new ticket, a good place for "include your user ID and screenshots".

Bring people in

/ticket add and /ticket remove work with users and roles.

Set it up

  1. Create a category for tickets (for example Support Tickets) and a staff role.
  2. Run /ticket setup with that category, the support role, and a log channel for transcripts.
  3. Run /ticket panel in your support channel.
  4. Optional: /ticket welcome to set the opening message.
