Tip: If audio stutters for everyone, the cause is usually the voice server, not the bot. Edit the voice channel, set Region Override to a region close to your members, and set bitrate to at least 64 kbps.

Why does the music lag?
Choppy audio for everyone usually comes from the Discord voice region. Set the channel's Region Override to a nearby region. If only one person hears stutter, it is their connection.
Can it play files I upload?
Yes, attach an audio file to /music play.
Is there a song limit or premium tier for music?
No. Music is free.
