Discord leveling bot

Members earn XP for chatting and for time in voice. Hand out roles at the levels you choose, run double-XP weekends, and let people style their own rank cards. Role rewards are free.

Role rewards

/levels admin addreward gives a role at a level. Mark a reward as permanent with /levels admin toggleperma so it survives prestige.

Voice XP

Time spent talking in voice counts, not only messages, so quieter members who hang out in VC still level up.

Rank cards

Members set their bar color and background with /levels customize color and /levels customize background.

XP events

/levels admin multiplier with 2 runs a double-XP event; set it back to 1 when it ends.

Prestige

At the top, members can reset with /levels prestige for a prestige star.

Activity graph

/levels stats charts server activity over time.

Set it up

  1. Run /levels admin setup and choose where level-up messages go.
  2. Add rewards: /levels admin addreward level:5 role:@Regular, then /levels admin addreward level:20 role:@Veteran.
  3. Move Hana's role above the reward roles, or Discord will refuse to hand them out.
  4. Members check progress with /levels rank and /levels leaderboard.

Questions

Can I import XP from MEE6 or another bot?

There is no automatic import. You can set individual members' XP with /levels admin setxp to carry over your most active members.

Are role rewards paid?

No. Role rewards, voice XP and custom rank cards are all free.

Do levels carry across servers?

No. Levels are per server.
