AutoMod and raid protection

Filters catch spam and bad links before your moderators wake up. When a raid or a compromised admin account hits, one command locks channels, blocks joins or strips dangerous permissions from every role.

Guided setup

/automod setup walks through filters, a log channel and the account-age gate in one go. /automod config opens the full dashboard afterwards.

Your own punishments

For each filter, choose log, warn, mute, kick, ban or quarantine with /automod punishment.

Account-age gate

Raids usually use freshly made accounts. /automod age-gate acts on anyone younger than the number of days you choose; exempt real people with /automod age-gate-override.

Quarantine

Suspicious member? /security quarantine-add isolates them instantly, without a ban, while you look closer.

Panic mode

/security lockdown-roles strips dangerous permissions from every role below Hana, which stops a compromised admin account from deleting channels or mass-banning. /security unlock-roles puts them back.

Join lockdown

During a raid, /security lockdown-joins kicks or bans every new join until you run /security unlock-joins.

Set it up

  1. Run /automod setup and follow the steps. Pick a staff-only log channel.
  2. Open /automod config and turn on the filters you want. New filters start conservative so nobody is muted by surprise.
  3. Set punishments per filter with /automod punishment.
  4. Add words with /automod blocked-words.
  5. Check everything with /automod show.

Tip: Write the emergency commands down for your mod team now: /security lockdown-server, /security lockdown-joins and /security lockdown-roles. During a raid nobody wants to search for them.

Questions

Will AutoMod mute people by accident?

Filters are off until you turn them on, and you choose the punishment for each one. Start with log or warn and tighten later.

What does panic mode actually change?

It removes dangerous permissions, the ones that let someone delete channels or ban members, from every role below Hana. /security unlock-roles restores what it removed.

Can it protect age-restricted channels?

Yes. /ageverif setup adds an agreement gate members must accept before they can see those channels.
